Property Ratings at Erie Station Village
Dirty carpets, retiring landlord that doesn’t care, bugs, tenants who smoke weed in non smoking buildings. This place has severely gone down hill.
Erie Station Village was my home for three years. Living here has been great - management is attentive and maintenance is very responsive. The few times something went wrong, maintenance came the following day if not later that day to correct it. Property is well maintained with lawn care and snow removal. Safe and quiet area. The units are in great condition and are very spacious. Everything is within a 10-15 min drive (a pro or a con, depending on preference). There are garages for most units. Greenlight fiber optic internet directly into the living room! The only con I can really think of is that the kitchen counters are laminate. The unit pricing is fantastic considering the size, condition, and amenities. I've been happy to call this place home and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Henrietta. It seems to be almost always full, so if you can secure a unit, do so.
It looks great from far away but the staff could care less about the needs of its tenants. They do the bare minimum to clean the property and the outsides of the buildings are covered in mosquitoes and other bugs. It's an odd mix of college students and old people.
Rochester New York is my hometown and when I decided to come home after being away for over twenty years, Erie Station Village just kept rising to the top. This is the kind of place that drops your stress levels, lets you feel safe and gives you a sense of community with wonderful neighbors and great staff. The setting is village like with sidewalks and street lamps and some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've seen.
We moved here to a brand new villa in August 2014. We love it here at Erie Station Village! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is very well built and has very nice amenities. The kitchen has quality cupboards and granite counter tops. The stainless steel appliances are very nice too. The rooms are very good sizes and includes a seperate laundry room and an attached 2 car garage. The office staff is very caring and attentive to the residents. The maintenance crew is excellent and very responsive to residents' needs. We can't imagine living anywhere else!
I had to move unexpectedly and was a little anxious because I liked my former residence. But in less than a couple of months I felt so much at home here. The office staff is wonderful, the maintenance team is efficient, courteous and accessible. It is peaceful and I enjoy walking. Everyone greets each other. It's a very friendly atmosphere altogether. Nice place to live!
I recently moved from another Rental Location very popular amongst international students at RIT. This place is a positive contrast in all aspects so far - a breath of fresh air. I love the house, the neighbors are friendly, there is ample and very conveniently located parking space just by the exit of the building. The amenities provided are excellent. Overall good price for money. To top it all off the staff here is very very sweet, friendly and helpful. Especially the property manager. If you decide to live here you will surely love it. Take it from me, who hated to stay in a rented apartment. Only thing that needs work is the emergency response time for the lockout service. Winter is brutal. Rest all is good.
All of questions are answered promply. Senior group is great..we have get togethers and coffee and donuts monthly. Neighbors are friendly, its just like a home. When we decided to downsize, we choose Erie station and are so happy we did. Going on 10 years and hoping for many more. Office staff is excellent-including weekday and weekend. Maintenance staff is timely and warm and friendly. We love Erie Station!
