We absolutely love this home and know you will too. It is a very nice modern 4 bedroom 3 bath house which is nestled in on a very quiet street in a beautiful exclusive community with easy base access. Inside the home you will immediately notice how welcoming and fitting the open concept design is. There is hardwood floors throughout with stone tile accents in certain areas and two of the four bedrooms are carpeted. One bedroom is built as a guest/play room with a custom built in queen sized Murphy bed, full bathroom and separate door to the screened in back porch. The master bedroom on the other end of the house also has a separate door to the back porch as well as massive bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in/through closet. We have contractor covered lawn care and pest control and have also upgraded the house with many app controlled “smart features” like automatic door locks, garage door control, lighting, and security provided by ring and multiple ring cameras. And if that isn’t enough we do have two raised gardens in the back along with 4 fruit trees that just started bearing fruit. Unfortunately we cannot allow any pets at this time.
