It’s a beautiful new bathroom and one of the nicest in the building! The kitchen comes with all full-size appliances including a dishwasher and for being a smaller area, it’s a very functional space with surprising amount of storage. The condo is spotless clean including professionally steamed cleaned plush carpet that is newer. You will love the view from the third story. This floor also has its own shared laundry room. Tenant pays for JUST electric. Owner pays for condo fees which again includes heat, hot water, air conditioning, trash, and parking. Tenant will receive one parking spot and a guest pass for a guest. There is a storage unit that comes with this unit. Please keep in mind there is strict application process that requires a minimum 675 credit score for all adult occupants.
