As of 7/24/23, there are no available units. I have two expirations in September but until I get notice of renewal or vacating from those tenants, I cannot confirm availability. But you just never know so, this listing is kept active for that reason. Reach out to me anyway to see if there is anything available and if you catch me on a good day, I may have one. The units are about 380 square feet with a living space, kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and stove, breakfast bar and a bathroom. There is a closet in the living space. Rent will be $580 per month for a fourteen-month lease and $650.00 Security Deposit. Smaller lease terms cost more; shortest lease term can be 9 months. Rent includes water but all other utilities will need to be obtained in your own name. Units are SIZED for single occupancy, no pets and no smoking in the units. There are on-site coin operated laundry machines, trash dumpster and off-street parking. [Student Tenants will be provided an initial Lease Term for 14 months as well, the idea is to not have all our units coming vacant at the same time so some consideration may be made on term. The Lease contains an "Early Termination" clause, if needed. Renewals will be for a period of 9-14 months; however, [Student] leases can only be extended so that the expiration date occurs on July 31 or January 31, with Tenant agreeing to vacate by the 15th of June or December, as applicable.] Applications are processed online and include a background check and a credit check. This property is the only property owned and operated by our company, so we are a little pickier about the credit qualifications for prospective tenants. The minimum FICO score needs to be 660+ but each application is carefully reviewed. Guarantors are not common for us either.
