This lovely home features a private pool with the option to add heat, a game room with a pool table, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Relax in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and leather reclining couches that will accommodate the whole family. Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with up to 3 in the driveway and 1 on the street. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this amenity. Located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community, this home is just a 12-minute drive from Disney, 22 minutes from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks. Enjoy shopping and dining at Posner Park, and benefit from close proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not included. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
