While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival if their primary residence is within two hours of the property.
