Pets are allowed only upon approval of management. *No aggressive breeds allowed. *Tenant must have had the pet at least 2 years, and it must be at least 2 years old. *The tenant will need to provide proof that the pet is up to date on its vaccinations. If a pet is approved: *The tenant must pay $45/month for pet rent. *An additional deposit of $150 is charged to pet owners.
