Amazing 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Cleveland. Two (2) rooms are still available for rent at $900 each per month. The rooms has new mattress, side table, and dresser. We will always replace the mattress with each new tenant. Tenants do have he opportunity to take the bed from their rented room with them when they leave. Two (2) bathrooms will be shared with the tenants for the 5 bedrooms. The studio room is located on the top floor with a private bathroom and a private seating area. Utilities are included, laundry is included, we have two sets of washers and dryers, and Internet is included for all rooms. We offer a monthly cleaning service for the public areas and bathrooms. We have limited parking. The studio room will include the single parking space we have available for the property. All other tenants will park on the street. Since the property is a walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic, it is very accessible to doctors, nurses, and students. Students who will rent the room can have their parents co-sign for the lease. All rooms require one months rent with a one month security deposit to sign the lease. Rooms are rented on a month-to-month basis with a minimum 60 day notice to vacate. Background checks for Credit, Criminal, and Eviction reports are required. The tenant will cover the cost of these reports.
