Gorgeous views of the ocean, Fort DeRussy Park, Waikiki, Honolulu skyline, and Diamond Head can be seen from almost every vantage point in the unit. Fully furnished and decorated, this place offers all the comforts for you pleasant stay in Waikiki. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a spacious lanai allow residents to enjoy the soft trade wind breezes and smell the fresh, sea air. Lounge in the sun on the lanai or gaze at the ocean from the cozy couch, your true vacation destination awaits. The prestigious Canterbury Place offers premium security features including: locked lobby doors, 24-hour private security services, and an intercom device, so that safety and comfort are never an issue. Concrete walls allow residents to enjoy a noise level of their own preference without disturbing or being disturbed by other residents. For continued relaxation, Canterbury Place offers amenities such as: a heated pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, gas powered barbecue station, library, meeting room, lawn chairs for sun bathing, and a small tennis court. Due to ongoing building renovations, some of these facilities might be temporarily closed. Walking distance to all...beach, shops, restaurants, Ala Moana Mall. Watch the every Friday Hilton fireworks from your lanai! 24 hr. security. WiFi/HDTV, electricity and A/C are of course included. All that at: $6500/month is a pretty good deal in our luxury building with 24 hour security. 17.962% Taxes per mo. for stays under 6 months. Final cleaning will be $500. A 30-day minimum stay is required. Max 3 people, each additional person is $20/day extra. Each small, clean, quiet, well behaved pet is $20/day extra and has to obey to the Condo rules. Single days are prorated at full monthly rate/30. Parking is available for $7/day plus tax. LEASE TERMS Tenants must have good credit. No Smoking. Electricity, Water, Sewer, Basic Cable and building amenities are included. High season: December 1st to April 15 and June 15th to September 30th. Parking stall $240/month + taxes. Electricity, hot and cold water, electricity, internet, WiFi and cable TV included in the rent. 2 month + stay preferred, especially during high season. A small, clean, quiet, well behaved pet under 30 lbs is $20/day extra and must obey by the Condo rules. All furniture, linen, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. included. Of course electricity, central AC, water, WiFi, basic cable etc. are also included. Taxes are 4.712% for stays over 6 months, or 17.962% Taxes per mo. for stays under 6 months. Thanks for reading.
