Place is badly needs repair of all systems mechanical, plumbing, electrical… It’s infested with all sort of bugs . They never going to do any repairs in your unit but constantly fixing common area, so lobby and elevators look nice. Elevators always broken prepare to use stairs most of times, waiting time for elevators on higher floors could be up to 1 hour. Also Greenwin charged me for 2 months after I moved out and I’m still fighting to get my money back. My rating for this place is -0
