Go behind the house to get to the apartment building. Unit B is upstairs on the right. Rent: $580 Deposit: $550 Lease term: 1 year minimum Pets: Depends on pet breed and behavior. Extra $100 deposit per pet and $30 rent per pet. No smoking. Max occupancy: 2 people Laundry: No hook-ups. Facilities very nearby on Memorial Dr. We do not accept Section 8. Utilities: Electric with Murfreesboro Electric. They may charge a deposit, esp. for new customers. Water is included with rent. QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTING THIS APARTMENT: 1. Income. Must be at least 3x rent, i.e., $1740+/month (higher if pets since rent increases). 2. Financial habits. Applicant must demonstrate responsible financial habits (e.g., always paying rent and other bills on time, zero balance with previous landlords, no evictions, etc.). 3. Living habits. Required to have clean and tidy living habits. 4. Character. Must be honest and trustworthy. 5. Smoking. Even though no smoking in the apartment is understood, we charge double the deposit for a tenant who smokes -- this helps cover our risk. 6. Rent payment. You can either have rent withdrawn from your bank account (free), or you can pay rent using a debit or credit card ($20 fee). Since this property is a small community of 4 apartments and a house, we are careful to thoroughly screen applicants. Please be assured that the existing tenants have been found to be quiet, considerate, and responsible. We do our best to make sure all tenants feel safe and comfortable living here.
