Rooms are available starting June 6th. The common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, basic utensils, etc.) All utilities, high-speed internet, washer, dryer, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly via Amazon. In addition, a cleaning crew comes monthly to deep clean all common areas (living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen) Unfortunately no pets are allowed (trust me, its better for everyone) House Details: The house is situated in the peaceful & quiet Penelope neighbors Neighborhood. Just a 1 minute walk to the closest Marta Bus Stop and 20 minutes walking to the Westlake Marta station for a direct connection to the heart of Atlanta! The people you will share this space with will be a mix of students/working professionals who are respectful, tidy and generally keep to themselves. This is not a party house. However, depending on preferences, I will occasionally buy pizza, wings, etc. for the house to share. Room Details: Rent + Utilities: $750 Security deposit: $750 Bathroom: Shared with only 2 other people Applicant Requirements: Income: Must have 2.5x rent ($1875 min per month) This will be verified. Credit Score: 600 or better, no exceptions Evictions: Applicants with past evictions are not welcome and encouraged to apply elsewhere.
