Who wouldn’t want the beach as their backyard? Equipped with everything you need for an amazing Ocean Front vacation this is exactly the spot you’ll want to be. Located on quiet, residential N. Topsail Beach, you will be close to shops, restaurants, and activities but far enough away to not feel the pull of needing to go somewhere and do something. Sea Whoa Paradise is a place you will want to return to year after year. This adorable get away is one half of a Duplex, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first floor has 2 bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen size bed, mounted TV, ensuite bathroom with step in shower and access to the deck with a stairway down to the beach. The front bedroom has a pyramid bunk (full on the bottom and twin on top) and a mounted TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall with a bathtub/ shower. The full-size washer and dryer are on the first floor. The second floor is where you’ll spend most of your inside time. The comfortable sectional couch with its view of the ocean and large screen mounted TV is perfect place to gather to watch a movie or just reconnect. There is a sweet reading nook with a bookcase full of great beach reads. Off the living room you can enjoy the Ocean Front deck with table and chairs. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen is well equipped for making dinner or ordering in. There is a convenient half bath on the second floor. The top floor loft has 2 queen beds and a mounted TV. Getting the kids in from the beach for lunch is so much easier with the screened in porch with 2 picnic tables just under the house. Rather than tracking sand in the house, at the end of the day everyone can rinse off using the enclosed outside shower. You’ll even find a few boogie boards and beach equipment tucked away for your enjoyment.  You will only be a 15-minute drive (about 7.9 miles) from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes (about 13 miles) to the center of Surf City. In Surf City there are fun activities like the Topsail Escape Room and the EMA Touch Tank Aquarium. On the mainland side of Surf City is the well-known Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center that gives daily tours. If you enjoy fishing, you can indulge in your hobby right in front of the house or stop by the Seaview Fishing Pier. With its 875 feet of planks this pier is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Paper products, toiletries and cleaning products are not provided.  Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
