The Central AC/Heat is controlled in the unit by a Nest thermostat which means you can change the temperature from your phone in bed. Insulated walls and windows will help keep the energy bills down during the Summer/Winter months. When you want to enjoy the weather, you can step outside into your private, fenced-in backyard space. Just a few blocks away from New Orleans' Marigny neighborhood, you can walk to some of the city's coolest restaurants and bars. Ample street parking is available alongside the house on Spain St. (which does not flood in heavy rains!). Lease: 1-year lease with option to renew. Cats allowed. Dogs are allowed on an individual basis. $300 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. The tenant pays utilities.
