Guests will enter the home through the side door of the enclosed front porch. Inside, you'll find the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, additional seating, and built-in bookshelves. Just behind the sofa is an oversized farmhouse table with two bench seats, perfect for gathering and enjoying a home-cooked meal made in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with pots, pans, and other essential cookware. The house features four bedrooms: the first with a king bed and double doors leading to the backyard, the second with one double bed, and the third and fourth each with two double beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a shower. Don't forget to check out the outdoor living spaces, including a swing on the front porch and a fire pit with surrounding chairs in the fenced-in backyard. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located minutes from Overton Park and is close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
