No bells and whistles kitchen but nice and clean and just what you need to make great meals. Bathroom has all new vanity, medicine cabinet, lights, elongated toilet, newly painted shower/tub and all new hardware. Location, Location , Location!!! Directly across the street is John Muir/SMASH elementary schools which is closed until August 2025. SM schools become public community parks during non-school hours.
