A formal dining room with seating for six is located just off the kitchen and family room. Additionally, the villa includes a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. For entertainment, a game room in the garage area features a pool table and table foosball. You can pre-book the pool, spa, Jacuzzi, or hot tub heat for an extra fee. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, which is non-refundable, and each vehicle requires its own access card. Guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards ready upon arrival at the Gatehouse. A maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property.
