Property is rented fully furnished with all utilities (plus high speed internet) included in the price. One dedicated off street parking is included. Minimum of 1 month required. $500 security deposit. Pet Policy: A $55.00 per dog (per month) non-refundable pet fee is due at the time of lease. Up to two friendly -- small to medium sized dogs -- are permitted. Cats (and other types of animals) are not allowed. Dogs may not be left unattended at the property for extended periods of time and must be on a leash at all times when outside. Please note that pet relief (including pee) is not permitted anywhere on the property. There is Los Olivos Park around the block that is available for dogs. Only dogs approved at the time of leasing will be allowed on the property. Violation of the pet policy is subject to cancellation and forfeit of the lease & security deposit without refund. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in-unit or within the patios. This includes marijuana. Smoking or vaping (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on this property.
