Laundry and lockable storage in the basement, private off street parking in a private lot in the back of the building. Well behaved pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets in a unit and a $50 fee per pet per month in addition to the set monthly rent. Pet interviews may be required upon request. We require a credit score of 680 or above to apply and to provide proof of monthly income at three times the amount of monthly rent. Maximum of four people per unit. Leases begin Aug. 15th, 2025.
