Martin’s career in Real Estate stemmed from his initial experience as an on-site manager, where he found it personally rewarding to assist people with securing a temporary home, and this fulfillment led to his desire to help people achieve their dream of home ownership.
The combination of Martin’s SDSU education and many years of sales, business, and Real Estate experience has provided him with the skillset to exceed his clients’ expectations and succeed in ultimate client satisfaction. His skill set includes marketing, communications, negotiations, and market and business expertise. When asking Martin what his professional goal is, he’ll respond, “My professional goal is to help my clients achieve their best possible outcome, whether it’s buying their dream home or selling an existing home and accomplishing it in a stress-free environment that achieves the priorities and goals of each and every client”.
Martin works tirelessly in all aspects of his professional and personal life and works hard for his clients. He is often seen at community events as well as community meetings to listen and contribute to the San Diego community. He has recently begun playing “Pickleball” and enjoys a round of golf from time to time.
For Martin, the excitement of finding a new home for a buyer or tenant or negotiating the right deal for a Seller/Owner provides incredible personal and professional satisfaction. Initially working as an onsite manager, making students feel comfortable and secure in their residences in the College Area, working with a Private Management Company, and then managing an apartment community for the San Diego State Research Foundation. While employed in property management, his activities were client-oriented. While caring for the owner’s properties, he allowed the student tenants to grow and mature in their newfound freedom.
While working in property management, Martin shared the first excitement of finding renters a place to call home. These feelings led to a career in Real Estate as a licensed REALTOR®. "Finding a client a temporary home was personally rewarding; finding a home for people to own was even more rewarding."
