I do require each adult (18+) intending to occupy the premises to complete their own application Please provide proof of income equal to ~2x the monthly rent amount and present and past landlord contact information. No evictions within the last 5 years. Credit, criminal and eviction reports required. Minimum 680 credit score required. The Portable screening report must be less than 30 days old and must come directly from the consumer reporting agency.
