We are located in Evans in a neighborhood at the intersection of 23rd Avenue and 37th Street. While we get occasional noise from 23rd Avenue, our cul-de-sac is very quiet. The apartment is almost 1,000 square feet with one bedroom plus an office. There is one bathroom, laundry washer and dryer, and the kitchen includes a stove/oven with recirculating ventilation, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is plenty of street parking for your vehicle and a separate entrance at the back of the property for the apartment. There are also stairs that link the upstairs and downstairs with doors at both the top and bottom. You also are welcome to use the backyard space, fire pit, etc. Pets are allowed, but we would need to meet your pet and see if our animals would get along (we have a dog and a cat) as well as keeping in mind our young children. There is an addendum to the lease that allows pets with a $200 non-refundable fee and $25/month additional pet rent. Please also note due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate those who smoke (even if it is off the property) and do not allow the use of scented products including candles, plug-ins, scented laundry products, and scented cleaning products, etc. Thank you for understanding! We are renting for $1,400 a month with a start date in early June. Utilities are included as well as high-speed internet. Upon signing of the lease, we ask for a refundable $1,200 deposit. At the end of the lease, we refund the deposit minus any damages/unpaid rent.

Evans provides residents the comforts of a small town with access to many amenities often found in a larger town. Evans offers diverse cuisine options, from traditional Mexican fare to sauerkraut burgers and everything in between.
Evans is known for its wealth of parks and open space, containing over 300 acres of it in addition to several hiking and biking trails along the South Platte River and throughout town. Beautiful destinations are close to Evans as well, with Denver just a quick drive south and the Rocky Mountains a short drive west.
