Samuel “Sammy” Hale was born in Key Largo, Florida, and moved to St. Augustine to attend Flagler College in 2001. Upon earning his degree in Business Administration in 2005, Sammy decided to make St. Augustine his home. Sammy is passionate about preserving the magic of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Since Superior Real Estate’s inception in 2011, Sammy has grown a thriving commercial and residential property management and sales business. Some of Sammy’s notable transactions include Flagler College Fitness Center and Bookstore, River and Fort Restaurant, Mojo’s Barbeque, Casa Reina, Catch 27, St. Augustine Shipwreck Treasure Museum, 11 Aviles Street, and many more.
