There's also a large area with outdoor seating and grill available to reserve. The main living space is set up with a couch for lounging, a tv for movie nights after a long day and a table space for eating. The kitchen includes a gas stove, a refrigerator and microwave. Full of all your kitchen necessities including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and a coffee maker. The bedroom is spacious & beautiful! Furnished with a new queen bed, dresser and desk. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels for guest use, new built-in shelves and a large walk-in shower. Laundry is available in the shared laundry room directly past the kitchen. Laundry is free and will be available weekly with a schedule set between you and the property owner. This is a privately owned unit so please reach out with any questions. We'd love to make your stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. Pet deposit is $250 and monthly pet rent is $30 unless it is a service animal. No smoking on property.
