The home offers a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, water slide, lazy river, planned activities, gym, and playground. Disney Parks are just 10-15 miles away. All pools are serviced with the highest quality and care, cleaned weekly by a professional and licensed pool company. Additional services include a mid-stay clean for $320 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to August. Guests staying at Solterra Resort must pay a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to enjoy the amenities, which is a one-time fee per house per reservation: $35 for 1-12 guests and $45 for 13+ guests. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am, with 24-hour contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed, and door codes deactivate at 10 am. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, with a penalty fee of $250 if evidence is found. This property does not allow pets, and an unauthorized pet will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Pool heating is not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional weekly cost. The heaters maintain a temperature of 86°F, but if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will shut off. We cannot be held responsible for disruptions in pool heating due to equipment issues or weather conditions.
