This state-of-the-art apartment is equipped with all you will need for your perfect oceanfront vacation. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, designer cabinets, and an eat-in oversized island. It includes a full-size fridge, in-wall oven, and stove, along with a coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The living room features a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with lots of natural light and views. The open concept connects the kitchen with a dining table in between the spaces. The building offers convenient valet parking for $35 a day. Beach chair and umbrella rental is $40 a day. Resort fee is $40 per day. We provide beach chairs and an umbrella, and you also have the option to rent beach chairs 1 block north of the building for $40 a day. We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef, or a massage, you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 9.9 miles from the accommodation. We recommend utilizing rental cars, Uber, or Lyft for convenient transportation. No smoking in the unit and noise level after 10 pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, provide the names of all the guests that must be registered with the hotel before check-in. Otherwise, we have to cancel the reservation if we don’t have the information 24 hours before the arrival date. You may be required to follow a check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method, and booking prior to receiving your check-in instructions. Once you pass the screening process, your booking will be confirmed. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. You will be given the check-in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check-out instructions 24 hours prior to your departure. Must follow all building and hotel rules.
