The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. The outdoor area includes a backyard pool and deck with a table and chairs, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while they splash away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make simple meals, including coffee and teas. The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a kids' bedroom and shared bathroom downstairs, a master bedroom with a private en-suite, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. Facilities include access to BBQ pits, picnic tables, sand volleyball, and a playground, as well as a small clubhouse offering a TV lounge, gym, and community pool. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. Parking allows for up to two cars in the driveway and two cars on the street. Located 30 minutes from MCO Airport, 4 minutes to Hwy 192, 3 minutes to Walmart, 4 minutes to Medieval Times, 7 minutes to AMF Bowling, and 8 minutes to Starbucks, this home is close to an abundance of shops and nearby restaurants. The Lake Berkley clubhouse provides a large TV lounge and comfy seating, perfect for meeting other holidaymakers. A well-equipped gym allows you to keep up with your exercise routine, while outside, families can enjoy the large heated swimming pool, separate heated spa, lakeside picnic and BBQ areas, and a sandy beach. The community also offers basketball, tennis, and beach volleyball courts, and jogging paths by the lake. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee is not provided, but a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in for restocking. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and accommodate to the best of our ability. A laptop computer is not included.
