So much space and natural sunlight! -Private entrance with shared basement and backyard. -Two bedrooms and 1,250 sq ft make it ideal for double occupancy or for the person that just likes to have room to spread out. -Large TV in living room, plus Roku TVs in each bedroom. -Master includes king bed / 2nd bedroom includes queen bed. -Coffee bar includes Keurig k-cup machine, traditional 12 cup coffee maker, espresso machine, grinder, flavorings, tea, etc. -All utilities included (no cable TV, but we have Roku TV remotes). -This is a 2nd floor unit...you enter the private entrance and go up a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. -Laundry is in the shared basement. -Shared, fenced backyard. -Free street parking. Empty lot next door with a driveway that past tenants have used without issue. -Security Deposit is $500. Pet Deposit is $100/pet. All deposits are refundable after move-out. -$125 cleaning fee due upon move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25/pet. $150/month for each additional occupant. -First & last months' rent prorated based on move-in/move-out dates. Our ideal new tenant will have respect for a peaceful environment. Although this property is located on a busy street the bedrooms are in the back, and it tends to be pretty quiet for sleeping. We love old houses and this one is circa 1920s. Expect the floors to creak, cabinet doors that don't always shut perfectly, and original tile & tub in the bathroom. If you appreciate vintage character, we think you'll enjoy you're stay! We comply with all Fair Housing Regulations and city ordinances, and we are committed to KC Crime Free. We do ask all applicants 18 yrs and over to complete an application and screening which includes credit/background reports, rental and income verification. You need to be in good credit standing to pass our screening criteria. No smoking inside & no illegal substances.
