A large mezzanine room receives loads of natural light, has a separate bath, and is accessed via a spiral staircase. There is a separate storage unit on the river level which is great for storing bikes since the river trail is so close. Rent includes a $800 HOA fee for heating/cooling, water, trash, landscaping, and 2 parking spaces. Natural gas & electricity (low with central heating/cooling), and internet are the tenants' responsibility. The Rivergate community has additional outdoor patios, green space, riverfront access, and a coffee shop. A short walk along the river path is Natural Grocers Organic Grocery store, Texas BBQ, Zia Taqueria, movie theatre, and the Mall. This is a no-smoking condo and no pets per HOA rules.
