Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and the home includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. As avid pet lovers, we welcome up to two dogs in this home with a $125 pet fee. We kindly ask that your dogs are crate trained and not left unattended without a crate. Additionally, we request that you pick up after your dog to maintain a clean environment for all guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. There is an exterior ring camera to keep track of the cleaning team. There are steep stairs without a rail that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and this is grounds for termination. There is a maximum of 10 guests at the property at all times, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, and any damage incurred must be reported to ensure coverage by the waiver.
