This location is walkable or a very short Uber ride to anything downtown, including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber. The building is adjacent to a freeway, and while the traffic noise is minimal with all doors and windows shut, it may be noticeable to very light sleepers. The building offers paid parking spots for $25 a night, and there is typically plenty of free street parking in the area.
