Monte Carlo is a luxury brand new 18-story high-rise located directly on the beach at 65th Street and Collins Avenue, offering many fabulous upscale amenities. These include a grand two-story lobby with library and lounge-style furniture, direct beach access, a fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor pool and the ocean, cardio machines and free weights, an outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi with ocean views on the 5th floor rooftop terrace, and an outdoor infinity swimming pool on the ground floor with direct beach access. Complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a lounge with kitchen, cinema and billiards, complimentary morning coffee and infused water, an art gallery, and Wi-Fi in recreational areas and pool deck are also available. Valet parking is available for a daily fee, and guests may borrow bicycles from the Concierge at the front desk. The Bedroom features a deluxe King bed, oversized windows with views of the ocean, indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio with MP3 player dock, flat panel TV, dresser, and two closets. The Living Room includes a sofa with pullout bed, club chair, an entertainment center with a 40-inch flat panel LED TV with cable channels, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four, and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. The gourmet Kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. Full-size stainless steel appliances include a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. An electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are nearby. The ultra-modern Bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and living room and includes a large tub, rain shower head, and oversized European tiles. Complimentary bath amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and lotion are included, along with two pairs of slippers. Bath amenities are 100% vegetable-based soaps, cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and have biodegradable packaging. Valet parking is available for a daily fee. Roll-away beds are available for an additional fee to allow 5 occupants. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge, but must be reserved at least two business days in advance. Located directly on the beach at 65th Street and Collins Avenue, this apartment offers direct beach access and is surrounded by upscale amenities. The area provides easy access to the vibrant Miami lifestyle, with nearby attractions and entertainment options. The beach may be closed starting May 2022 due to the City Sand Replenishing project. All guests are required to wear a mask in all non-private areas at all times. The wellbeing of guests is a top priority, and CDC guidelines are followed to ensure safety. All apartments are thoroughly cleaned after each resident has checked out and before another guest checks in. All linens are changed and surfaces are sanitized. Common areas such as business centers and recreation rooms are fully sanitized for guests’ safety.
