With a lovely view of the landscaping and comfortable seating,this screened lanai is a fantastic location for morning coffee or an evening visit with family or friends. Down the steps is the gourmet kitchen,which features gorgeous granite countertops,stainless steel appliances,barstool seating,and easy access to the adjacent butler pantry and prep sink. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a serene view of the pool. This room has a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. Adjacent is the main bathroom. This bathroom boasts vintage charm and a large walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling with a detachable showerhead. Head upstairs and you will find the second and third bedrooms and a stunning Baby Grand Piano that is the highlight of the space. If you are a pianist please feel free to play,but if you are not,no fret,there is an automatic system that allows the piano to play music on its own. The second bedroom serves as the master suite and offers a king-size bed,a private sitting area with a full-size futon,smart TV,a large desk for those still needing to work while in paradise,access to a private covered balcony,and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms share the darling attached bathroom which has a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom is spacious,has a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom,located in the detached casita,is also a great multipurpose space; wonderful for yoga,art,reading,or hangout space for the kids. The outdoor space is truly amazing. There is a second lanai,large kidney-shaped pool and a variety of seating protected by a screened enclosure. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Pool heating is optional,for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
