The kitchen is the heart of the home, fully equipped with everything you need for all your dining needs and more. From the upgraded granite countertops to the functional kitchen island and cozy breakfast nook, this is a kitchen you’ll want to spend time in. The dedicated dining area is tastefully furnished to give you that chic restaurant setting right here in your home away from home. This amazing home features not one but two living rooms, providing a comfortable environment for easy conversation and fun times. For a bit of added friendly competition, there’s even a foosball table in the upstairs living room. Free parking is available to all guests with a three-car garage and plenty of space on the driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. The spa heating element is currently inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
