The open layout kitchen is equipped with natural wood cabinets, a stainless steel double-door fridge, two sinks, an oven and stovetop, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with three seats. Enjoy the large, comfy L-shaped couch in the living area, complete with a large flat-screen Smart TV and direct balcony access for stunning ocean views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private desk, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and an additional private desk. Linens, towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. The suite is pet-friendly, and upon request, an air mattress can be provided for an extra fee to accommodate up to six guests. Free parking is available, but please notify if you intend to bring more than one car. Located directly on Indian Rocks Beach, this suite offers easy access to the beautiful sand and blue ocean water, just a 30-second walk from your front door. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing enthusiasts. A short 2-minute walk will take you to various dining options, including Italian, seafood, and Mexican cuisine. The suite is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access, requiring stairs to reach the unit. A keypad with a unique code is provided for entry, active at check-in. While the suite is professionally managed with 24/7 support, occasional pests may occur due to the Florida location, and no refunds are issued for pest-related issues. The unit and balcony are private, while parking and the downstairs patio are shared with other guests. Strict rental rules are in place to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
