This is a beautiful home in the Orangewood Lakes 55+ Mobile Home Community. It is very clean and well-maintained throughout. The floors are tile and laminate so it is easy to keep clean. There is a washer and dryer hookup inside the home or you can use mine (I will put them in the home before you move in). Central air keeps you cool and there is a screened lanai so you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather. The roomy bathroom has a shower with a tub, which is something some homes do not have. Both bedrooms are a nice size and the kitchen has lots of storage and room for a table and chairs and has a flat-top self-cleaning stove. There is a large metal shed in the backyard for extra storage. Ceiling fans are in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom to help cut your energy costs. This is perfect for a couple or two friends who want to share a home. Small pets are allowed (dogs and indoor cats only) up to 25 pounds. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THIS HOME. There is a one year lease, however if you would like a longer one, that is fine. The park is a small, quiet park with nice people. The managers of the park are always there to help you any way they can with a smile. You will surely love living in Orangewood Lakes Estates. Are you a snow bird looking for a beautiful southern place to call home? Just 10 minutes from the shore only 20 minutes from the Sponge Docs and 30 Minutes from Clearwater. Boat launch is 10 minutes from the community for all of you boaters out there. Access to nearly any store you can think of within 10 minutes drive time. Great location! There are several lakes where you can fish right in the park and it is close to the gulf beaches, shopping, post office and great restaurants. The park must approve your credit and background check which usually takes only a day or so. that works better for you. I live less than 15 minutes away so I can show it to you almost any time. Included in your rent is the park rent, grass mowing, water and garbage pick up twice a week. Orangewood Lakes M/H Community offers a large clubhouse, Shuffleboard courts, heated pool, water, sewer, twice weekly trash pickup and on-site management. The landscape includes a wide variety of trees, three sport fishing lakes, and many lots have their own orange tree! Our social activities offer pot lucks, bingo, cookouts, dances, card games, garden club, art classes, pancake breakfast, parties and much more!
