The other two bedrooms have twin-size beds and share a well-appointed bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage space, and the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. There are two spacious living areas with all new flooring, offering ample space for families to relax or for children to play, each with a large screen smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances and is very well equipped with a range of equipment and utensils. Pool heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The villa has a garage that can accommodate two cars and a driveway that can also accommodate two cars. The Indian Ridge community offers additional amenities with a large community pool, tennis courts, and a children's play area, all within a one-minute walk of the property. Apart from all that Disney has to offer, attractions like outlet shopping, dining, supermarkets, and nightlife are very close to the villa, while Universal Studios and Sea World are a short drive away. Walmart and Target are both within a couple of miles, as is all the entertainment on offer at Margaritaville Resort and its new water park, Island H2O. Major roadways are easily accessible, ensuring a quick drive to all that Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area have to offer.
