Rent varies from week to week, starting at $4,900/week to $13,000/week during the season - please contact us to check on availability and the rate for the week(s) you are interested in. ** Lovely first floor condo located at 798 Sunrise Drive, Avalon, NJ! This bayside condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. -Primary bedroom: king size bed with attached full bathroom -Bedroom 2: 1 full bed and 1 twin bed -Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds -Bedroom 4: 1 twin bed -Living Room Pull-Out Sofa Bed -Kitchen with island & stools -Kitchen table with seating for 4 -TV and Wi-Fi (no cable) -Washer/Dryer in Unit -Central Air Conditioning Important Notes: - Pool area will be open by 05/24/25 and closed on 09/27/25. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! - The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees. - Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME. Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $50 PER DAY for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval (some restrictions apply). If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $250 per day, per pet. Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.
