Smoking is strictly prohibited within or outside the condo, including balconies and common areas, with a $500 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and a valid photo ID is required for booking. The condo is monitored for noise compliance, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check. Pets are limited to dogs only, with specific breed restrictions.
