Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there’s enough cabinet and counter space for you to move in and make this space your own. After all, the kitchen is the heart of the home. Feeling inspired by the south? Try your hand at whipping up a batch of southern chicken and waffles! It’s a local classic that’s a must-try! Free parking is available to guests in the residential garage. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Our fireplace is gas operated. Use this fireplace only if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. The spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
