Two great rooms offer comfortable seating, high-quality soundbars, and AppleTV for your entertainment needs. A sunken wet bar and a dining room for 10 ensure ample space for gatherings. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Getting around For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Other things to note Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. To reach the property, take Monroe Street South, until you reach Mountain View Lane. Turn right into the security gate and its the last property on your left. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
