We are conveniently located across the street from Inver Hills Community College. Our apartments feature secure computerized entry into each unit and private locks on individual rooms. All suites have been recently renovated with hardwood flooring, cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of off-street parking is available. Granite Bluffs is comprised of 4 bedroom suites that are dorm-style so you will have roommates. . . You can rent with friends or you can complete our roommate match application and we will pair you with roommates with like interests and living habits and you will have your own private locked bedroom and individual leases. If you require more space, we also have large bedroom units @ $479-$500 per room. Granite Bluffs is designated as "college student housing" by the State. This means you will be required to show proof of paid registration of at least 1 class to the community, technical, state, or specialty secondary education school/college you are enrolled at. Our residents attend: Inver Hills Community College, Century College, Rasmussen College, St. Paul College, Ashworth College, Globe University, St. Olaf College, University of Minnesota, Metropolitan State University, Dakota County Technical College, St. Catherine University, Le Cordon Bleu, Brown College, Bethel University, Etc. The living room, dining room, and bathrooms are shared with 3 other roommates. All utilities (except cable TV and Wifi) are included in your monthly rent.
