The large, fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with outdoor pool loungers, enhance your stay. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, with five parking spots available in the driveway. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice for this amenity. Located in a desirable, family-oriented neighborhood in Golden Glades, North Miami Beach, this home is close to parks, Midtown, downtown, I-95, and beaches. Explore Biscayne or Haulover Park, or take a quick drive to North Miami Beach to enjoy more parks, beaches, and bays, along with a wide assortment of recreational, cultural, and dining opportunities. The best option for getting around is by vehicle, with the Tri-Rail at the Golden Glades station servicing the area and park-and-ride facilities available. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
