Discounts available on our sweet 2/2 furnished condo at the river, marsh and waterfront near Skippers Restaurant and downtown Darien. Unit is on the top floor(third floor) and has an open floor plan with great views. The views from the guest suite are lovely and that room includes a queen sized bed, end table, chair, closet and it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the other side of the fully equipped kitchen. It has a queen size bed, and end table, and a closet. There is a bathroom, with a bath tub, right acrosse the hall. Unit has a front hall closet and a utility room with washer and dryer. The dining room and living area are open and they face west (for glorious sunsets!) The living room and the guest suite both open to the screened balcony. A new large screen TV is above the 'fireplace' and wifi is included. You would need to bring your own streaming device (firestick or similar.) The unit is all electric and has a Nest thermostat. Elevator and stairwell are nearby and off street parking is very convenient. You also may use owners locked storage closet located near the parking areas. Stays of 4 months or longer are discounted as shown below: This unit is owner's personal home for part of the year. It is available for rent beginning May 1, 2025 (or earlier) through the month of December, 2025. Rent is $1850.00 /mo for a stay for a 3 month lease, with 3 months being the minimum length of stay. For a 4 to 6 month lease the rent is reduced to $1750/month. For a 6 to 8 month lease it's $1650/month. In addition to the rent you will be billed for 2/3 of the electricity bill each month. Darien is a friendly, small city with a long history, little traffic, located off of Scenic Hwy 17 and a short drive to I95. Walkable and scenic it's an ideal jumping off spot to explore Georgia's coast. You are 20 minutes from the Brunswick airport (Delta has 2 or 3 flights a day) and a little over an hour from the Savannah or Jacksonville airports.
