The lease term is 6 months (or longer). The condo is a total of 884 sq.ft. with ample storage and a deck. The main bedroom is 9’ 11” x 13’ 9” (so 136 sqft) and has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is 10’ x 8’ 10” (so 88 sqft). There is a full bathroom in the hallway. • The whole condo complex is a no-smoking property (inside and out, this includes vaping and marijuana). • The whole condo complex is no-dog property and is also strict about cats (limit one cat per unit and one must apply to the board to have a cat). Please let me know your expected move-in date and monthly income.
