Welcome to the Brio Building, located in Oshkosh's vibrant center city and home to the member-owned Oshkosh Food Co-op. The Brio Building features 60 residential units ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms. The secure building has ample bike storage and is just steps from the riverfront recreation trail. The building is within walking distance to the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, the Fox River, and historic Main Street attractions. All units are equipped with in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and select units have balconies. Many of the units have excellent views of downtown, the Fox, or both! A limited number of our studios also have murphy beds. Ask us about fully furnished units! Brio is a pet-friendly property.

Straddling the Fox River and home to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Downtown Oshkosh is as scenic as it is exciting. The Oshkosh Riverwalk, complete with boat docks and benches, is a favorite for walking and jogging. The trail begins at Riverside Park, a popular green space along the river. The downtown shopping district features wide sidewalks framing historic buildings for a walkable, bicycle-friendly destination. One of the sweetest destinations in Downtown Oshkosh is also one of its historic -- Oak's Candy Store opened in 1890. Other historic locations include the Grand Opera House, built in 1883, and the Algoma Avenue, North Main Street, and Washington Avenue Historic Districts.
Downtown Oshkosh is home to a variety of events. The Oshkosh Chalk Walk features a variety of artists creating fantastic artwork on the downtown sidewalks. Other events include the Oshkosh Farmers' Market, the Oshkosh Gallery Walk, and the UnWINEd-Wine Walk.

El amor en Brio ha sido una experiencia increíble. He conocido a tantas personas nuevas. Pude adoptar un nuevo cachorro e incluirlo en el arrendamiento. Y me siento cómodo y seguro en mi apartamento. Recomendaría el edificio Brio a todos.
Me mudé aquí y hice un arrendamiento a corto plazo y realmente disfruté de mi tiempo aquí. No tuve problemas y realmente disfruté del área y la unidad en la que viví. Recomiendo encarecidamente.
Mi apartamento tipo estudio es muy agradable y está actualizado. La opción de cama Murphy es muy conveniente para mudarse y tener espacio adicional.
Moverse es muy suave gracias a Kristen. El apartamento está limpio y bien mantenido. Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas para vivir aquí con mi S/O. El nivel de ruido no es nada malo. Escucha solo a los perros grandes ladrar aquí y allá en el pasillo. Se ponen en contacto contigo rápidamente cuando les envías un correo electrónico o escribes una solicitud de mantenimiento, así que eso también es un gran plus. Si no se ponen en contacto con usted, se pondrán en contacto con usted en relación con eso (que no está automatizado) para que parezca más realista. Prefiero no leer correos electrónicos automatizados. Kristen parece ser excelente con la comunicación. En general, el edificio de apartamentos está bien mantenido y los paquetes están seguros con una habitación extraescondida con solo control de acceso y cámaras adicionales para que no tenga que preocuparse por el robo/la pérdida de paquetes.
¡Hasta ahora bien! También tiene una vista excelente, ya que está cerca del río Fox. Hay muchas cosas que hacer que también se encuentran cerca.
Este es un edificio fantástico para mudarse, agradable con nuevos electrodomésticos, buena ubicación y gente amistosa. El proceso de mudanza fue muy fácil. El edificio también acepta mascotas.
Todo es genial aquí. Mi favorito es la vista.
