Right in the heart of the Jersey Shore sits Point Pleasant Beach, a small borough with a world-class beach town atmosphere. Jenkinson’s Boardwalk is the focal point of the beach, featuring classic boardwalk fixtures like a midway and carnival rides as well as Jenkinson’s Aquarium.
The beach is the big attraction in town, but the community also features a charming and extensive downtown district a few blocks inland along Arnold Street and Bay Avenue. Large green spaces such as Green Acres Park and Gull Island provide locals with great venues for everything from softball to fishing.
