El portal indica que tienen 15 días para responder por mantenimiento, pero eso no sucede. Hace poco amenazaron con cobrar por no desarmar cajas para contenedores de basura. Ahora cobran por la iluminación del pasillo... 5 bombillas que cuestan $25,00 por inquilino. Vayan a otro lado.
Me están cobrando por los daños que son resultado de un trabajo deficiente. Pintura desprendida de los gabinetes, daños en la pintura causados por el vapor. Me están cobrando por la limpieza alrededor de los contenedores de basura. Los contenedores de basura se proporcionan a los inquilinos. Tienen 2 contenedores de basura, uno para basura y otro para reciclaje para 140 inquilinos. Siempre había basura por todos lados. Por favor, no alquilen aquí.
