Construido aproximadamente 1947. Desde el fuera de nuestro pequeño complejo de apartamentos luce pintoresca. El estacionamiento es muy limitado. Si alquilas un apartamento solo individuales de estacionamiento en la calle disponible. Dependiendo de qué lado del edificio que viven en hay alot de la calle posible que se perciban ruidos especialmente los fines de semana y Hollywood Bowl noches. El tráfico en esas noches es horrendous y olvidarse de encontrar cerca de estacionamiento en el edificio. Algunos se admiten mascotas. Sin embargo, no están permitidas en las áreas verdes. We've tenido un alto índice de rotación debido, principalmente, a la administración del edificio.
