Clean condo in a great location

Clean apartment condo with convenient amenities and a great location! Very quick response whenever I have any inquiries with the management team. Highly recommend this place!

Unreliable Management system

The heating is not working - super cute in the apartment. The concierge hates his job and lacks basic respect and care. He is too lazy to even get your parcels for you. And most of the time, he is not even at his front desk. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Evaluator is ALWAYS broken, literally at least 1 time a week. People have to wait in huge lines just to get to their floor. Security is horrible. You don't even need a fob to get to your floor. You can essentially get to ANY floor. Have had drunk neighbours knocking at my door 3 AM.

Cant recommend enough!

Lived here for a few days new and its one of the best places I have lived so far.. Being a student, it is walking distance from SFU and the mall so I sold my car and use my bike. The money I save for gas and car payment has helped me tremendously! I am so grateful to have gotten this place, dont plan on moving anytime soon. The building also has 2 gyms, a yoga studio and a lounge so I also cancelled my gym membership and use the lounge to study. Overall, being a student renting this condo saved me! I no longer have to drive and make extra payments, everything i need is within a 1km radius. Now i can focus on my studies!
